Consultation Policies

Clarity is a design principle. These policies exist to protect your time and mine.

No-Show Policy

Consultation slots are limited, curated, and held specifically for you from the moment you book. Each slot represents time I have blocked, prepared for, and committed to. For this reason, a strict no-show policy is in place.

What counts as a no-show

A no-show is defined as failing to attend your scheduled consultation without providing notice at least 24 hours in advance. This includes technical failures to join that are not communicated ahead of time.

Consequences of a no-show

  • Your consultation spot is forfeited immediately and without refund.
  • Your booking is marked as a no-show in the system.
  • You are welcome — and encouraged — to sign up for a future consultation session when one becomes available.
  • There is no penalty beyond the forfeiture of your spot. This is not punitive; it is practical.

Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as early as possible. Rescheduling within the same session is subject to slot availability and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Booking & Slot Policy

Limited sessions

CRÉO STUDIOS opens consultation bookings approximately every six weeks, in batches. Each session has a fixed number of slots across all three tiers. Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis once booking opens.

Wedding date requirement

To book a consultation, your wedding date must be at least 4 months after the consultation date. Bookings without a confirmed wedding date or with a wedding date within that window will not be accepted. The recommended lead time is 5 months or more.

One booking per couple per session

Each email address may register for one slot per consultation session. If you need to change your tier after booking, contact us immediately — upgrades and changes are subject to availability.

Waitlist Policy

The CRÉO waitlist is open between consultation sessions and when all slots for a session are full. Being on the waitlist is not a guarantee of a spot — it is a commitment to being notified first when availability opens.

Rolling removal

Waitlist entries are automatically removed on a rolling basis if your wedding date falls within 4 months of the current date. This is handled automatically by the system to maintain the integrity of the list.

Notification

Waitlist members will receive email notification when a spot becomes available or when a new session is announced. Response windows are short — slots fill quickly.

Delivery & Deliverables Policy

All deliverables are digital and delivered to the email address on file. Delivery timelines vary by tier and will be confirmed at the time of your consultation. Revisions are not included in standard tier pricing — the deliverables represent a complete, finalized creative direction based on our session.

Questions?

If you have questions about any of these policies before booking, please reach out before completing your registration. I'm happy to clarify anything that's unclear.
