Most couples start planning before they know what they want. The consultation changes that.
A CRÉO consultation is a 30-minute guided design session — not a meeting, not a call, not a pitch. It's a focused creative conversation designed to surface your aesthetic identity and give it form. What you walk away with isn't just a document. It's a design language that will make every decision that follows feel grounded, intentional, and yours.
Consultations open every six weeks in limited batches. Each session has a fixed number of slots across all three tiers — when they're gone, they're gone. Once you've secured a spot, you'll be directed to Calendly to select your specific time.
Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Consultation dates for upcoming sessions are announced at least two weeks before booking opens.
After booking, you'll receive a detailed intake questionnaire. This is where I ask about your aesthetic instincts, your story as a couple, your venue and its architecture, your guests' expectations, and the feeling you want your wedding to leave behind. There are no wrong answers — in fact, the most useful responses are often the ones you're least sure about.
Complete your intake at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation so I have time to prepare.
This is the core of the work. We go deep on your aesthetic identity — exploring your instincts, challenging your assumptions, and building a shared visual vocabulary. By the end of our session, you'll have clarity on what your wedding looks like, feels like, and stands for. I'll take extensive notes throughout.
Bring anything that's been speaking to you — screenshots, saved photos, magazine tears, references to hotels or restaurants or films that have the right feeling. Nothing is too obscure.
Within the timeframe outlined for your tier, you'll receive your full suite of deliverables — polished, presentation-ready, and designed to be shared with your vendors. Your moodboard, brand description, design suite, or full vision package (depending on your tier) will be delivered digitally in a clean, professional format.
Delivery timelines vary by tier. Details are confirmed at the time of booking.
Your design work becomes the filter through which every vendor decision passes. Show your florist the moodboard. Share the brand description with your photographer. Hand the design suite to your stationer. The language is built — now you use it.
The consultation works best when you have enough planning runway to actually use what we create together. That means your wedding should be at least 5 months out from your consultation date — ideally more.
A minimum of 4 months is required to book. But the earlier you establish your design identity, the more it can do for you. Couples who come in 8–12 months out often find the whole planning process easier as a result.
8–18 months before your wedding date
5–8 months before your wedding date
4 months before your wedding date
Less than 4 months before your wedding date
That's perfectly fine — and actually quite common. Your venue is one input into your design identity, not the starting point. We can build a strong design language before you've locked in a location, and the clarity you gain often makes choosing a venue easier.
Absolutely not. The consultation is designed for the stage where you know you have taste but haven't been able to fully articulate it yet. Come with whatever you have — even if it's just a feeling.
The deliverables for each tier are complete as described. If you'd like additional work beyond your tier's scope, that's handled on a project basis. Reach out after your consultation and we can discuss what makes sense.
Upgrades depend on slot availability in the higher tier. Email me as soon as possible if you'd like to change your tier, and I'll do my best to accommodate.
Please review the no-show policy. In short: your spot is forfeited and you're welcome to sign up for a future session. Consultation slots are limited and held specifically for you.
